OUR BOOKING POLICY
We are committed to providing quality services in a timely manner and, while we accept walk-ins where possible, we encourage booking appointments to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately, when a client cancels without adequate notice, it prevents us from servicing other clients. This policy has been implemented to respect the time commitments of all involved and explains when deposits may be required, how to cancel or reschedule appointments and any fees are applicable.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & REMINDERS
Our booking system Fresha issues automatic appointment booking confirmations by email, Fresha app notification, and/or text message. Fresha also issues reminder notices 48 hours before all appointments.

Clients who have not received confirmation or reminder notices may need to update their contact information.
PRE-PAYMENT
Automatic booking confirmations and appointment reminders issued by Fresha provide Clients the option to pre-pay for services. This is a Fresha system setting not a TRIBECA policy, request, or requirement.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Appointment confirmation notifications will ask Clients to enter their credit card information to confirm their appointment. Debit cards are acceptable for Clients who do not have a credit card. TRIBECA or Fresha only process fees and charges in accordance with this Booking Policy and do not charge fees when booking or confirm appointments.

Credit card information stored by Fresha is not accessible by our team, please discuss any concerns you may have with salon management.
DEPOSITS
Deposits may be requested during peak periods, for event services, for hair extension purchases or hair extension services. Deposits may be paid online by following the instructions provided or in salon.

Clients who cancel their hair extension order, do not attend (no show), cancel their appointment less than 48 hours from the appointment scheduled start time will lose any deposit paid.
LATE ATTENDANCE
To respect the time of other clients and our team, we ask all clients to arrive on time for appointments.

Where practicable we will accommodate late Clients, depending on team availability and time of arrival. When a late Clients full service is no longer possible, Clients may choose to proceed with a reduced service.

If we are unable to accommodate a late Client, a cancellation fee will apply.
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments by:

clicking on the link included in their appointment confirmation or reminder and following the instructions provided; or

logging into the Fresha app; or

logging into Fresha website www.fresha.com; or

email to bookings@tribecahairandbeauty.com; or

Facebook or Instagram message to @Tribecahairandbeauty; or

phone on (08) 9707 1537; or

in person in salon.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before their appointment scheduled start time without incurring any cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION FEES
​A cancellation fee of 10% of the appointment total will apply to appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment scheduled start time. These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card saved to the Client’s Fresha profile. We understand that life happens and reserve the right to determine when cancellation fees are applicable.
NO-SHOWS OR FAILURE TO ATTEND
Clients who fail to attend appointments without notice will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the appointment total, charged to credit or debit card saved to the Client’s Fresha profile. We may choose not to accept bookings for Clients who have failed to attend multiple appointments. However, we understand that life happens and reserve the right to determine when no show fees or rejecting a Client’s bookings is applicable.
HAIR COLOURING & STYLING PRICING GUIDE
We pride ourselves on being fully transparent with our clients, especially with pricing their services. Our hair pricing structure considers the product and stylist time required to lighten, colour or style your hair, with longer or thicker hair priced higher due to the additional product and time required.
